One Dot Ough (the final) Release

"Detabled" the entire game. The blood costs to acquire new skills are now expressed in a more visually compelling and less messy way! New text has been added to accomodate this change.

Added three new pest families (Somms, Harvitz and Feiz) and finished the Winters family with two new pests, totalling for 11 new pests for play!

Revised some antipathies to have flaws more clearly in line with other antipathies.

Revised the function of the Flamethrower to eliminate an annoying piece of percentile math from the game, replacing it with an instant-kill mechanic.

Revised the final text, have reliscenced the entire game under CC4.0.
